Just out of interest, as I've recently purchased a lathe for home. Apart from the wood store at the club. Could anyone recommend locally sourced blanks.?

Would anyone be interested in a monkey puzzle ring it's approx 6 or 7 inch thick and 20+ inch diameter. It does have a bit of a split along a branch point but may still be of use. If you let me know I will bring it to the next turning session for veiw and price negotiation
