AWPIG

Help to get the little man, with all our equipment, up the steep hill to our new premises!
AWPIGS TASK LIST
• Planning building task – Concept design developed. Further progress on hold until we raise sufficient funds to progress with safety.
• Cost planning task – Outline budget developed. Professional verification by others on hold until we raise sufficient funds to progress with safety.
• In-house fund-raising task – Core fund raising group formed. Need to detail out events and target income hoped for in the coming year.
• Support to professional fund raiser task - Need to finalise budgets and cash flow for fund raiser to be able to start work. Current advice is that we should ensure we have sufficient reserves to move forward. Advice is that, due to current financial climate, it will take about 9 to 12 months to raise appropriate funds. Build programme now put back till end 2025 early 2026 (unless sufficient funds raised earlier).
• Accounting record task – Keeping appropriate financial records as to funds and grants raised. Finalising the Budgets so fund raiser can move forward.
